Cancellation & Refund Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY-
· Orders once dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
· Discount vouchers are intended for one-time use only and shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order.
· In case of a return or cancellation, the refund shall be initiated post the return of product to us and verification of the product and packing.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY-
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for opened products due to hygiene concerns. However, we do offer replacements on the genuine cases of damage, leakage, missing product(s), wrong delivery of product(s) will be taken into consideration.
The customer shall bring the same to our notice within 7 working days from the date of receiving the product(s).
All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service at customersupport@nuzen.com on the day of delivery.
